How Much is Shipping? 
Shipping costs vary depending on the items that are in your cart. You can view your

 shipping costs before you proceed to purchase.  From time to time we offer free shipping

 promotions, so be sure to sign up for our newsletter as our sales are announced via

 our newsletter and social media pages. 

 When will I get my order? 
  Orders take 3-4 business days to process, package, and ship your order. Shipping times

 vary depending on numerous factors. Typically transit times range from 1-4 days

 (excluding weekends and holidays). Packages ship via USPS, FedEx SmartPost, which

 means the package begins with FedEx but is transferred to your local Post office for


When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order information and your tracking number. You will also receive delivery confirmation. 

Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after 

  delivery  date” but no longer than 10 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises. Claims for packages     

 presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from

 the last checkpoint. 

What if my order is damaged? 

To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add Route+ package protection at checkout. When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file

claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.

When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within

24 hours. 


   if your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out

    to us at, and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.

 - No code required, make sure the FREE STANDARD SHIPPING option is selected before

   placing your order and your cart total is at least $50 or more. 
  - Valid on Domestic Orders only (Orders in the Continental US, and APO Addresses.) 

We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Items must be

 unworn, unwashed. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless

 the reason for the return is the fault of Primpnprettie (the wrong item sent).  Exchange or returns requests incur a $5.99 restocking fee.
